01. Scope of Services

Trex Labs provides high-end digital solutions including Web Development, AI & ML integrations, Data Analytics, and IT Consulting. Specific project deliverables and timelines will be documented in a separate signed proposal.

02. Payment Terms

• Advance payments are required to initiate project commencement.
• Milestone-based billing applies to all long-term software developments.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services or hosting.

03. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom deliverables created. However, Trex Labs retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, proprietary frameworks, and code libraries used during development.

04. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary assets (logos, text, etc.). Trex Labs is not responsible for delays caused by missing client inputs or third-party service failures.

05. Confidentiality (NDA)

Both parties agree to protect sensitive business data shared during the project. This obligation remains in effect indefinitely beyond the project completion date.

06. Limitation of Liability

Trex Labs shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

07. Project Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. In such cases, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
